Johnny Segura AKA DJ JON-JOHN was born and raised in Southern California, USA. Born in March 1972, his early influences come from his father's record collection of Afro-Cuban, Salsa, Cumbia, Chicha, Huaynos and Polka artists. As his love for music blossomed in his teenage years, he began DJing at age 15 and has not stopped since. Now you can find him in the studio producing and remixing Dance, Deep House, Afro House, Ambient, Cinematic and Progressive music. His influences are Roots Reggae, Depeche Mode, Jazz, Rock, Kraftwerk, SKA, House Music and Classical.
