In the late 90s, I found my passion for DJing, starting out in neighborhood venues as a teenager. My journey took off when I landed my first gig at the legendary Metropolis nightclub. As I honed my skills, the head promoter began booking me for various 18+ gigs, including iconic Manhattan clubs like Exit, Limelight, Sound Factory, and Roxy, along with 18 and over parties in New Rochelle. It was a pivotal moment when I opened for DJ Sizzahandz at OHM. Not only did he teach me the art of mixing records seamlessly, but he also imparted invaluable knowledge on timing, reading a crowd, and selecting the right tunes. From there, my career soared as I started getting booked at 21 and over venues while maintaining residencies at Remi and DNA and spinning at weekly rotations in Manhattan hotspots like Home, Guest House, Providence, Lotus, 58, and more. As the music landscape evolved with the rise of open format and mashups, I turned to DJ Sizzahandz once again for guidance. He introduced me to my first digital audio workstation (DAW), empowering me to create my own edits and mashups. After a hiatus from the scene, DJ Sizzahandz convinced me to jump back in, and his mentorship continues to inspire and guide me to this day. Today, armed with years of experience and a passion for keeping the dance floor moving, I blend a diverse range of music to create unforgettable experiences for audiences everywhere.
