Born in the 80's, Auke would prove to be someone with the attitude: "First observe thoroughly, then act suddenly." His kindergarten teachers thought he would not perform very well in elementary school, because nothing much was coming out of him. After considering for keep him longer at kindergarten's', they took the risk anyway. Pretty unexpected, Auke turned out to be a fine student after all.

This scenario turned out to be the story for Auke's life to unfold. A lot of the times, Auke was a 'late upcomer' - so to speak, but would manage to find his way through life's challenges. Being a late college student, he managed to become an engineer in electronics at The Hague University. Parallel to his work as an engineer, Auke practiced making music and playing guitar for himself and his friends.

Again, after all the learning ad observations needed to him, Auke decided to try to take his music to a higher level. He just recently - and thereby following his late in life pattern - began producing stuff to share with the world.

Auke's inspiration for his music is his admiration for rawness an honesty. For that, he considers all aspects of (his) life, the beautiful as well as the ugly ones, and tries to translate that into his music. Enjoy!
